Chad from Missouri took advantage of a Corona related cancellation and booked a last minute trip today. It was well worth the sacrifice, as we beat up a dozen plus snook, all sight fished, using ultralight rods and leaders, between Naples and Marco. The water has gotten gin clear and it feels like the Keys. Many really big fish were seen, a couple hooked and lost, and a coupla knee wobbling follows. No redfish, no trout, no catfish. But he will be enjoying some fresh snapper ceviche tonight as he tells the fishy stories of the day.
